How to order on Kuka´s World

If your pet's measurements fall in between two sizes, we suggest ordering the next larger size. Please note that these lengths represent the size of the dog and do not reflect the actual length of the garment. Make sure your pet will fit within the chest size and length measurements for a proper fit.

All our products are sized in inches. Contact us at info@kukasworld.com if you need additional assistance with sizing.

Please use a flexible tape measure to ensure an accurate reading.

 

Neck: measure the neck length as you would for a collar. Allow some leeway for a comfortable fit.

Chest: measure the chest at its widest point, which is typically right behind the front legs.

Body Length: measure along the dog's backbone from the base of the head to the base of the tail. This is from the base where the collar rests to where the tail is attached.

If neck, chest and body length measurements are given, take into account all measurements and purchase the item that best encompasses all measurements.

3.- SHIPPING

 

We ship to any address in PayPal's secure global network of countries. These countries are listed in the Checkout section when you enter your shipping address.

All international orders are sent via standard mail to keep expenses down and to offer you a better price. We currently do not offer any other shipping options.

 

SHIPPING TO SOMEONE ELSE'S ADDRESS

You can ship an order to someone else's address (if for example you want to send you order as a gift).

We will ship to the shipping address which you specify in the checkout process.

 

4.- HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

SPANISH DESTINATIONS:

 

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and will be delivered to your door. Please, give accurate details: name, full delivery address, city, post-code and telephone, to avoid delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:

International shipping will usually require additional shipping time. Once an order has been paid for, we estimate delivery within 3 to 12 working days. At busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas), delivery may take a little longer. A tracking number will be submitted via email as soon as your order is despatched.

 

Please note: Additional charges may be accessed to international orders by your government, or shipping carriers for Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or Brokerage fees. We are not able to predict what these charges will be and responsibility for them will be left up to the customer.

5.- SHIPPING COST

We ship regularly from Madrid - SPAIN to worldwide. Our shipping rates are calculated automatically when you proceed through our checkout.

6.- WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Once payment is received, we aim to ship orders within 2 business days.

7.- IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
When ordering from www.kukasworld.com, you will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all import fees, levies, duties, taxes, and other charges. KUKA´S WORLD has no way of controlling or knowing what these fees might be. KUKA´S WORLD strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. KUKA´S WORLD cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

KUKA´S WORLD ships internationally exclusively via standard mail. KUKA´S WORLD is required to document each item sold as well as each item's value as merchandise from our store. We will always try to help our customers out as much as possible, however we are not allowed to misrepresent an original purchase as a "gift", or by declaring said merchandise at a false value. This is required to comply with shipping regulations, as well as to accurately insure each package. In the event an international exchange is needed, the exchange package will be noted as such and reference the original order to avoid duplicate taxes and surcharges.

In our experience shipping with standard mail, rather than FedEX or UPS, and declaring our replacement value of our merchandise, has saved our international customers money in both brokerage fees, and other taxes.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE

If you haven't received your package after 20 working days of making payment, please check the delivery address you supplied is correct (this is emailed to you with confirmation of your order selection).

If the address is correct, email us quoting your order number or Invoice ID. We will re-issue your order or refund your payment in full.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER
